Minute Survey on COVID-19 Vaccines
The Minute Survey on COVID-19 Vaccines was administered between June 2021 and March 2022. It asked participants about vaccination status (manufacturer, date of vaccination, and adverse reactions) and likelihood to receive a vaccine when available including booster shots and additional doses. All participants, regardless of vaccination status, were invited to respond. Participants who indicated on COPE February or on a prior Minute Survey that they were fully vaccinated with any of the available vaccines did not receive the summer or fall surveys. Questions differed based on how participants responded to prior surveys.
